Dried wild lobster mushroom, picked ecologically in the pristine forests of Quebec. Extraordinarily good with seafood, pasta, cream sauces, chicken… Rehydrate in water for 15-20 minutes, before adding to your recipe. Needs to be cooked at least 15 minutes.
