Dried stinging nettle, with seeds

Harvested on our land, where I propagate the wild plant by hand. This is an old technique of stripping off the seeds and throwing a meter further. 
every year, my wild nettle patch grows wider. 
It grows alongside wild yarrow and wild golden rod and many more… 

Nettle can be added to many recipes . 
First off there’s a simple tea. Infuse in just below boiling point water, 20 min and more. 
However it can be added into pesto sauces, soups, stews, the longer the herb seeps the more nutrients are extracted.
