How to Use Dried Stinging Nettle

Steep in just-below-boiling water for 20+ minutes for a nourishing nettle herbal tea — the longer it steeps, the more nutrients are extracted. Also excellent blended into pesto, soups, stews, and broths. A versatile wild green that adds nutrition and earthy depth to any recipe.
